LPN Licensed Practical Nurse - Up To 10,000 Sign On Bonus

About the role

The Wealshire is the premier dementia/Alzheimer's specific care facility in the Twin Cities. They are seeking qualified and dedicated care providers to join their compassionate community.

Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate and skilled care to residents. - Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. - Monitor and record vital signs and medication administration. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare team members. - Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

- Current Minnesota license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). - Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexible hours including 1:45 PM–10:00 PM & 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM shifts. - Commitment to providing high-quality care to residents.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly rates range from $34 to $40 based on experience. Shifts are available from 1:45 PM–10:00 PM & 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM.
