LPN Licensed Practical Nurse - Up To 10,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

The Wealshire is the premier dementia/Alzheimer's specific care facility in the Twin Cities. They are seeking qualified and dedicated care providers to join their compassionate community.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents. - Assist with daily living activities. - Monitor and record vital signs. - Administer medications as prescribed. - Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms. - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare team members. - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

- Current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. - At least one year of relevant experience preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexible hours: 1:45 PM–10:00 PM & 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM.

- Hourly rate: $34 to $40 based on experience.
