About the role
The Wealshire is a premier dementia/Alzheimer's specific care facility in the Twin Cities. They are seeking qualified and dedicated care providers in Medina.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor and record resident health and behavior
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Current Minnesota LPN license
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
