Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting residents’ conditions, providing wound and catheter care, collecting specimens, monitoring vital signs, communicating changes in condition, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team. Most importantly, you will help ensure our residents receive the compassionate, respectful care they deserve.
