LPN Licensed Practical Nurse - Up To 10,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

The Wealshire is the premier dementia/Alzheimer's specific care facility in the Twin Cities. They are seeking qualified and dedicated care providers to join their compassionate community.

Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate and skilled care to residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s. - Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. - Monitor and record vital signs and medication administration. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare team members.

Requirements

- Current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). - Experience with dementia and Alzheimer’s care is preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexible hours: 1:45 PM–10:00 PM & 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM.

Pay

- Hourly rate of pay is up to $34 to $40 based on experience.

Schedule

- Flexible schedule: 1:45 PM–10:00 PM & 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM.
