About the role
The Wealshire is the premier dementia/Alzheimer's specific care facility in the Twin Cities. They are seeking qualified and dedicated care providers to join their compassionate community.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled care to residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs and medication administration.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay & Schedule
Hourly rate: $34 to $40 based on experience.
Hours: 1:45 PM–10:00 PM & 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM
