About the role
The Wealshire is the premier dementia/Alzheimer's specific care facility in the Twin Cities. They are seeking qualified and dedicated care providers in Bloomington.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs and medication administration.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- Current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours: 5:45 AM–2:00 PM, and 1:45 PM–10:00 PM.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
