LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient care under supervision or RN direction, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care, patient rights, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across departments
• Float between facilities and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical
• Adapt to flexible scheduling
• Maintain professional accountability
• Support team efforts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with valid licensure
• Recent bedside experience:
  • 1 year for Med Surg
  • 2+ years for specialized areas
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicable
• Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, reach, and perform duties involving physical stamina
