LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or RN direction, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinates care across departments and maintains professional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Floats between multiple hospital facilities and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical.
• Picks flexible shifts, including day or night, with no weekend or holiday requirements.
• Schedules own hours, remains available on short notice, and adapts to shift cancellations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current LPN license.
• Recent bedside experience (1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for other specialties).
• BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and IV certification preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various movements.
