LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or the direction of a licensed RN. Ensures professional accountability, coordinates patient care across departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality nursing care to assigned patients
• Collaborating with healthcare teams for patient management
• Adhering to confidentiality and safety protocols
• Providing patient-centered nursing care
• Maintaining confidentiality
• Supporting department coordination

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with current LPN licensure
• Minimum of one year recent bedside LPN experience in Med Surg
• Certifications: BLS, IV certification
• Epic experience preferred
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient movements

Skills and Attributes

• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including days and nights
• Responsibility for scheduling and availability on short notice
• Ability to work independently within a flexible, PRN, or per diem capacity
