LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the role

Provide patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under supervision or in collaboration with licensed professionals, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care, patient rights, and confidentiality.

Float across various departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical, and work at multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care under supervision or in collaboration with licensed professionals
• Utilize the nursing process to maintain quality care, patient rights, and confidentiality
• Float across departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical
• Work at multiple healthcare facilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current LPN license
• Recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med Surg, two years for other specialties)

Skills and Certifications

• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS, PALS, IV certification (preferred)
• Epic experience (preferred)

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks

Schedule

Flexible, per diem position with no fixed schedule. Opportunity to choose shifts that fit personal needs.
