LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed professional. Maintains accountability, coordinates care, and upholds patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Floats between multiple hospital facilities and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical. Flexible scheduling with various shift options, including day and night shifts, without weekend or holiday requirements. Responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours, being adaptable, and handling last-minute shift changes. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited LPN program, and active licensure in the state. Requires recent bedside LPN experience (minimum one year for Med Surg, two for other specialties). Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification; Epic experience preferred. Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
