LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the Role

Provide patient care under supervision or direction, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care. Coordinate patient care across departments, maintain patient rights, and ensure confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Float between hospital facilities and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical
• Participate in the Gig Nursing Program, which involves short-notice availability and variable hours
• Maintain compliance with licensure and certifications, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with a valid LPN license
• Recent bedside LPN experience: 1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for other specialties
• Certifications: BLS (required); ACLS, PALS, IV certification (as needed)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, and bend

Skills

• Epic experience preferred

Schedule

• Flexible shifts (day or night)
• No weekend or holiday requirements
