About the role
The RN-Team Advisor oversees 24-hour elder care, implementing and evaluating comprehensive care plans to ensure quality of life and regulatory compliance. They supervise nursing staff, facilitate effective communication with the clinical team, and foster professional growth within an innovative, elder-directed care model.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate care provided by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Maintain compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Facilitate communication of elder needs to support team collaboration.
- Evaluate and improve care processes to enhance elder well-being.
- Support a transformational, elder-centered care environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with Alaska RN licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience, preferably in gerontology or long-term care.
- Current BLS certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and supervisory experience.
