Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Facilitate effective communication between nursing staff and the clinical team
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents
- Promote the quality of life and professional growth of nursing staff
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Alaska RN license
- BLS certification within 30 days of employment
- At least one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in gerontological or long-term care
