Long Term Care RN Supervisor

Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Facilitate effective communication between nursing staff and the clinical team
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Alaska RN license
  • BLS certification within 30 days of employment
  • At least one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in gerontological or long-term care
