About the role

The RN-Team Advisor oversees 24-hour elder care within an innovative, elder-directed care model, ensuring the implementation and evaluation of comprehensive care plans. They supervise nursing staff, facilitate effective communication with the clinical team, and promote quality of care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited school
• Alaska RN license
• BLS certification
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in gerontology

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Supervisory experience in long-term care
