Role Overview The RN-Team Advisor oversees 24-hour elder care within an innovative, elder-directed model, ensuring comprehensive care plans are effectively implemented and regularly evaluated. Responsible for maintaining high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards, facilitating clear communication of elder needs to the clinical team, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants, RNs, and LPNs.
