Lead SAP Engagement Delivery Specialist

About the role

Leading end-to-end delivery of SAP enterprise business process managed services, including areas like STP, ATR, and OTC, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues
• Oversee order-to-cash and financial operations
• Support period-end closes
• Manage onshore/offshore functional teams responsible for Level 2/3 SAP support
• Govern incident, problem, change, and release management processes
• Promote structured problem resolution and standardization

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of recent SAP S/4HANA functional experience
• At least three years in a leadership role supporting SAP clients
• Deep expertise in ATR, OTC, and integration with BTP teams
• Proven experience in managed services delivery, financial operations, and leading distributed teams
