Lead SAP Engagement Delivery Specialist

Role Overview: The Lead Specialist, SAP Engagement Delivery Lead, is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of SAP enterprise business process managed services, including areas like Order-to-Cash (OTC), Account to Report (ATR), and Sales & Trade Processes (STP). Key Responsibilities Oversee service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.Act as the primary escalation point for complex functional, operational, and client issues, guiding structured problem resolution.Manage financial operations processes such as billing, invoicing, receivables, collections, and support ATR activities.Collaborate with Finance stakeholders on period-end close, audit readiness, compliance, and risk mitigation.Lead and develop onshore/offshore support teams, including talent management, coaching, and ensuring quality delivery.Govern incident, problem, change, and release management processes, including testing cycles and roadmap planning. Qualifications & Skills Minimum five years of recent SAP S/4HANA functional experience, with at least three years in a leadership role supporting SAP clients.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Deep expertise in ATR, OTC, STP, and integration with BTP teams.Proven experience in managed services and financial process support.Strong leadership skills managing distributed teams, with excellent communication and operational governance capabilities.Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic improvement initiatives.
