Lead Client Care Representative

About the role

As a Companion Pet Partner, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and companionship to individuals in need. This role requires a compassionate and patient individual who can offer comfort and distraction to those facing challenging times.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support to clients through regular visits.
• Ensure clients have access to necessary supplies and resources.
• Document interactions and progress reports for each client.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience working with animals is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills

• Basic first aid and CPR certification.

Pay

Hourly rate is $20 per hour, with an additional $5 per hour for travel time.

Schedule
