You'll work alongside board-certified specialists and experienced veterinary professionals in a collaborative environment where teamwork, compassion, and continuous learning are at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for clients and their pets, delivering compassionate service from check-in through discharge.
- Coordinate appointments, emergency visits, and client requests while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional patient care and client satisfaction.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate medical records, client communications, and hospital documentation.
- Guide clients through admissions, discharges, follow-up scheduling, and payment processing with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Educate clients on hospital services, procedures, and next steps to help them feel informed and supported throughout their visit.
- Maintain organized client and patient records while supporting the daily administrative operations of the hospital, including scanning, emailing, and other office tasks.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and the client care team to keep the hospital running efficiently and ensure a seamless experience for every patient and client.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows-based computer programs.
- Proven effective communication and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Willing and able to provide exceptional customer service.
- A motivated and dedicated individual who is self-motivated to provide exceptional service.
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.

Full Time | 2nd shift | 4pm-1am | Includes 1-2 weekend shifts per week
