Client Care Representative

About the role

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll deliver the white glove experience Lexus is known for while helping customers with both Sales and Service appointments.

Responsibilities

• Makes 75+ outbound calls daily while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Handles inbound calls, internet leads, texts, and digital inquiries.
• Schedules appointments for both our Sales and Service departments.
• Delivers a professional, personalized, white glove experience from the very first interaction.
• Builds rapport with guests and creates excitement about visiting our dealership.
• Maintains accurate notes and follows up in our CRM.
• Works closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Mets individual and team performance goals.

Requirements

• Positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Customer service or call center experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
• Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Weekend availability is required.
