Client Care Representative

About the role

This position answers incoming client telephone calls as well as outbound calls to potential customers. Assists with the supervision and dispatching of all scheduled service and maintenance calls. In addition, help to grow our online presence and connect with our local community. This role will support our brand through engaging content, consistent posting, and strategic outreach across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business. The ideal candidate understands small business branding, customer engagement, and the value of storytelling in home services.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming client telephone calls and recognizes that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company
• Makes outbound calls to potential customers in need of service
• Ensures good communication with the client, maintaining a courteous and pleasant demeanor
• Ensures that each telephone call is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting and script is used each time
• Notifies clients ahead of time if the Plumber is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
• Calls Agreement Membership clients to book scheduled service appointments, making up for any shortfall of repair calls
• Manages daily posting and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business
• Responds to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner
• Captures and edits photos/videos of fieldwork, team culture, and customer testimonials
• Collaborates with leadership to support marketing campaigns and service promotions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
• Must have good computer software skills
• Grasp of different social media platforms
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Pay

$15.00 - $23.00 per hour
