Responsibilities

• Review pending test lists to improve department turnaround time.
• Investigate and resolve specimen issues and customer inquiries.
• Maintain department supplies and reagents, logging them according to protocols.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED upon hire.
• Certificate from an Other Lab Assistant Program upon hire.
• 6 months experience in an acute care facility preferred.
• Certificate from an Other Phlebotomy program preferred.
