Job Details

• Advise and represent local government entities on employment law matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and related litigation.
• Handle matters from initial counsel through administrative proceedings and litigation as needed.
• Support government clients on policy development, employment practices, and compliance with state and federal employment law.
• Serve a recession-resistant client base with consistent workflow across economic cycles.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of employment law experience.
• Active and good standing Georgia bar license required.
• Strong academic background and written communication skills.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Local government law experience a plus but not required.
