Job Details
- Advise and represent local government entities on employment law matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and related litigation.
- Handle matters from initial counsel through administrative proceedings and litigation as needed.
- Support government clients on policy development, employment practices, and compliance with state and federal employment law.
- Serve a recession-resistant client base with consistent workflow across economic cycles.

Qualifications
- 2 to 7 years of employment law experience.
- Active and good standing Georgia bar license required.

- Stable work history preferred.
