Labor & Employment Attorney
About the role
The ideal candidate holds an active Illinois bar license and has at least five years of substantial experience with providing comprehensive advice and counsel to employers, navigating proceedings before administrative agencies, and defense litigation in federal and state courts. Only those candidates with a background in employment litigation and providing employment advice and counsel will be considered. Experience with labor a plus but not required. Candidates must have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to client service.

Pay
The annual base salary range anticipated for this position in Illinois is $160,000-$220,000, depending upon experience. This salary range excludes available bonus opportunities.
