Labor & Employment Attorney

About the role

The Columbus office of BakerHostetler seeks a Labor & Employment Attorney. The position involves employment litigation work with some public and private sector traditional labor work. It is a non-partnership track position with a more predictable schedule, lower billable hours requirement, and competitive salary and bonus program.

Requirements

• J.D and Ohio bar admission required
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Employment experience
• Superior attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and other team members
