About the role

This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and developing customer relationships. The Keyholder also helps manage the store's product and brand image, ensuring a neat and organized space, and executing visual directives and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals
• Develop customer relationships for repeat business
• Execute short and long-term plans to support store strategy
• Maintain neat and organized store
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Uphold high standards of customer service
• Be a leader in productivity
• Absenteeism and tardiness are not allowed
• Support Store Manager in meeting sales targets
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Train new employees
• Implement visual displays and customer service guidelines

Requirements

• Preferred retail/cosmetic experience
• Prior key holder experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Communication and analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Age 18 or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin
• Physical ability to work on the sales floor, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
