About the role

This position involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, developing customer relationships, executing short and long-term plans, maintaining a neat store, and supporting the store's business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals
• Develop customer relationships for repeat business
• Execute short and long-term plans
• Maintain neat and organized store

• Absenteeism and tardiness are not allowed
• Avoiding conflicts with store policies and procedures

Requirements

• Preferred retail or cosmetic experience
• Prior key holder experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin preferred
• Physical requirements: Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
