About the role
This position involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, developing customer relationships, executing plans, maintaining store appearance, and supporting the store's business strategy. Key responsibilities include managing sales, customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements
- Previous retail or cosmetic experience preferred
- Prior key holder experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Communication and analytical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Age 18 or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin
- Physical ability to work on the sales floor, walk stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
