About the role

We are seeking a Keyholder to join the Kiehl’s family. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and developing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include executing short and long-term plans, maintaining a neat store, and enforcing company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in achieving store sales goals
  • Develop customer relationships for repeat business

  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience

  • Attend scheduled shifts and follow company policies

Requirements

  • Preferred retail or cosmetic experience
  • Prior key holder experience preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Communication and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin
  • Physical ability to work on the sales floor, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
