About the role
This position involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, developing customer relationships, executing short and long-term plans, maintaining a neat store, and performing various other job-related duties.
Responsibilities
- Aid in achieving store sales goals
- Develop customer relationships for repeat business
- Execute short and long-term plans aligned with store business strategy
- Maintain product and brand image presentation
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Lead in productivity
- Attend all scheduled shifts on time
- Support Store Manager in achieving sales goals
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Perform open and close procedures
- Train new store employees
- Execute visual directives, education selling tools, and customer service standards
Requirements
- Preferred retail and/or cosmetic experience
- Prior key holder experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Communication and analytical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Age 18 or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin
- Physical ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
