About the role
We are seeking a Keyholder to join the Kiehl’s family. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and developing customer relationships. The Keyholder will also help maintain a neat store and enforce company policies.
Responsibilities
- Aid in achieving store sales goals and individual sales targets set by management
- Provide superior customer service and build repeat business
- Execute short and long-term plans to support the store's business strategy
- Maintain a neat and organized store, showcasing product and brand images
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Lead in productivity and uphold high standards of customer service
- Attend scheduled shifts, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals
- Enforce company policies and perform open and close procedures
- Train new employees and effectively execute visual directives and customer service standards
Requirements
- Preferred retail or cosmetic experience
- Preferred prior key holder experience
- Experience in customer service
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin
- Physical ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
