About the role

We are seeking a Keyholder to join the Kiehl’s family. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include developing customer relationships, enforcing company policies, and performing various store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals
• Develop customer relationships for repeat business
• Execute short and long-term plans to support store strategy
• Maintain a neat and organized store
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Uphold high standards of customer service
• Be a leader in productivity
• Absent from work only as required by schedule
• Support Store Manager in meeting sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in retail or cosmetics preferred
• Prior key holder experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin
• Physical ability to work on the sales floor, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
