About the role
We seek a Keyholder to assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and developing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing store operations, enforcing policies, and training new employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals
- Develop customer relationships for repeat business
- Execute short and long-term plans to support store strategy
- Maintain neat and organized store
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure high levels of productivity
- Attend scheduled shifts and work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Perform open and close procedures
- Train new store employees
- Execute visual directives, education selling tools, and customer service standards
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Preferred retail and/or cosmetic experience
- Prior key holder experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years or older
Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin preferred
- Physical requirements: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
