About the role

Aquent is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client’s marketing operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the way millions of users interact with a vast ecosystem of digital solutions. Your expertise in customer journey orchestration will directly drive awareness and engagement, making a tangible impact on the success of groundbreaking initiatives and defining how users connect with the next generation of digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy sophisticated customer journeys, translating complex objectives into effective platform capabilities and data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across strategy, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of global, large-scale projects, addressing operational plans, deliverables, and potential risks.
  • Optimize campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing, driving incremental growth and continuous program improvement.
  • Monitor campaign integrity and proactively identify and communicate issues to internal teams.
  • Identify and champion key opportunities for enhancing campaign performance, streamlining operational efficiency, refining processes, and improving tooling.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks, serving as a vital reference and training resource for the team.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of robust lifecycle marketing experience, specifically in building and launching successful acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Proven experience with industry-leading CRM or ESP platforms.
  • Demonstrated high aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
  • A proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful innovator with a strong willingness to navigate ambiguity and overcome roadblocks.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, devising contingency plans, making sound judgment calls, and pivoting as needed in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong consideration for the impact on partners.
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums, from written correspondence to presentations.
  • A genuine passion for digital products and services and a deep familiarity with a broad ecosystem of offerings.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Skills

  • Experience with SQL (nice-to-have).
