Aquent is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client’s marketing operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the way millions of users interact with a vast ecosystem of digital solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy sophisticated customer journeys, translating complex objectives into effective platform capabilities and data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across strategy, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of global, large-scale projects, addressing operational plans, deliverables, and potential risks.
- Optimize campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing, driving incremental growth and continuous program improvement.
- Monitor campaign integrity and proactively identify and communicate issues to internal teams.
- Identify and champion key opportunities for enhancing campaign performance, streamlining operational efficiency, refining processes, and improving tooling.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks, serving as a vital reference and training resource for the team.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of robust lifecycle marketing experience, specifically in building and launching successful acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Proven experience with industry-leading CRM or ESP platforms.
- Demonstrated high aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
- A proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful innovator with a strong willingness to navigate ambiguity and overcome roadblocks.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, devising contingency plans, making sound judgment calls, and pivoting as needed in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative team player with a strong consideration for the impact on partners.
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums, from written correspondence to presentations.
- A genuine passion for digital products and services and a deep familiarity with a broad ecosystem of offerings.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
