About the role

This pivotal role offers the chance to become a subject matter expert in customer journey orchestration, directly influencing how millions of users discover and interact with innovative digital offerings. You will drive and execute critical operational workflows, collaborating across strategy, product, engineering, and business teams to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications that acquire and engage users on a massive scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy impactful customer journeys, assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data requirements.
  • Collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders on complex, large-scale global projects, ensuring operational plans, deliverables, and risks are meticulously addressed and aligned.
  • Optimize campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing to drive incremental growth and continuous program improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity, promptly identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
  • Identify key opportunities to enhance campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks, serving as a vital reference and training resource.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of lifecycle marketing experience, specifically in building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Proven experience with leading CRM or ESP platforms.
  • High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
  • A proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful approach, with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and overcome roadblocks.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, devise contingency plans, make sound judgment calls, and pivot as needed in an evolving environment.
  • A strong team player mentality, with careful consideration for the impact on partners.
  • Effective communication skills across all mediums, from instant messaging and email to formal presentations.
  • A passion for innovative products and a deep familiarity with a comprehensive ecosystem of digital services and hardware.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SQL.

Education

BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience.
