IT Operations Inventory Administrator

Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Operations Administrator optimizes and coordinates IT operations, overseeing inventory control, problem-solving, quality control, and communication both internally and externally to maintain seamless workflow within the IT department.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enforce adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures within the IT department.
  • Monitor, manage, and optimize IT inventory, including hardware, software, and related assets; maintain accurate records to prevent overstock or shortages.
  • Act as a point of contact for end-user support, ensuring devices are prepared and maintained.
  • Support and collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Review work for quality and accuracy, ensuring IT solutions and services meet organizational standards.
  • Support various hardware including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, and network equipment.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency (minimum requirement).
  • Familiarity with IT systems, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Understanding of networking operating systems, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and remote communications.
  • Proven experience in IT operations, inventory management, and problem-solving.
  • Meet the minimum driving standards set by the company.
  • ITILv4 Certification (preferred).

Pay

Minimum USD $21.00/Hr.
