About the role
The Inventory & Operations Administrator provides comprehensive operational, administrative, and inventory control support to Operations and the onsite team. This role ensures efficient office operations, accurate inventory management, asset tracking, job coordination, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and audit inventory; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Execute inventory transactions in ERP systems (D365).
- Cook and manage work orders and job assignments.
- Create and manage work orders and job assignments.
- Input and maintain asset data in systems such as IronTrac.
- Prepare quotes, process requisitions, and support invoicing.
- Order office and workshop supplies.
- Maintain compliance with QHSE policies and safety requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain documentation.
- Maintain organized records, filing systems, and communication support.
- Operate forklift or pallet mover to transfer items as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Work Experience
- Essential: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Essential: 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, office administration, or a combination.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and organization.
- Strong attention to detail maintaining records and inventory data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control and administrative workflows (preferred).
- Preferred: Experience with ERP/MRP systems (D365 preferred).
- Preferred: Experience with IronTrac or asset tracking systems.
