About the role
The Inventory & Operations Administrator is responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing operations, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain supply chain integrity
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving departmental goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management or operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
