About the role

The Inventory & Operations Administrator is responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing operations, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain supply chain integrity
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support cross-functional teams in achieving departmental goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management or operations
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
