About the role
Seeking an experienced HR/Admin Unit Manager to oversee the smooth operation of the IT HR/Admin team in alignment with organizational goals. The role involves defining and enforcing IT policies, managing enterprise HR and administration systems, and ensuring reliable operations of platforms supporting HR, Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Services. This on-site position may allow one remote workday per week with approval. It does not sponsor work visas.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in manufacturing.
