Responsibilities
- Sources and submits qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
- Provides high-level deal context (asset type, structure, size, economics, thesis)
- Coordinates initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
- Supports early-stage diligence handoff to certified analysts and sponsors
- Does not underwrite transactions, build financial models, raise capital, or negotiate deal terms
Requirements
- Direct visibility into real investment opportunities
- Proprietary deal flow
- Networking with credible, active capital allocators
- Ability to introduce deals to capital partners through curated, platform-driven channels
Qualifications
- No cold applying to funds or blind pitching
- Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels
- Compliance notice: No investment advice, solicitation of securities, market representation, or regulated capacity
Skills
