Responsibilities

• Startup Sourcing – Identify early-stage founders building in AI, health, climate, frontier markets, or infra.
• Founder Engagement – Reach out, build rapport, and qualify mission-aligned startups.
• Thesis-Driven Discovery – Stay sharp on emerging markets, models, and technical edge.
• Internal Collaboration – Share insights and help refine Shinaji’s evolving investment strategy.
• Dealflow Tracking – Maintain and manage a lightweight sourcing pipeline.

Requirements

• Passionate about early-stage startups and AI
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently
• Curious, analytical, and tuned into tech trends
• Great at cold outreach and warm introductions alike

Bonus: prior experience in venture, startups, or communities like On Deck, Dorm Room Fund, or university accelerators.
