About the role
As a Venture Builder, you take ideas from zero to venture-backable businesses. Hands-on role across product, design, growth, and tech. Work closely with founders to shape strategy, validate problem spaces, build MVPs, and find early product-market fit.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end early build: problem definition, MVP scoping, shipping, testing, iteration
- Get products into users' hands fast using lean, experimental approaches
- Shape customer experience and product vision (balancing user needs with commercial/technical realities)
- Work closely with founders to challenge thinking, sharpen focus, and drive momentum
- Help ventures progress through studio stage gates with evidence-backed decisions
- Spot opportunities by staying close to market dynamics, emerging tech, and user behavior
- Communicate progress, learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly
Requirements
- Demonstrated 0→1 experience in digital health or medtech (startup, side project, research, or volunteering)
- Applying AI or developing innovative health/medical devices is highly advantageous
- Driven by lean methodologies, prioritizing speed, learning, and focus over perfection
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats (product, design, tech, growth)
- Strong technical mindset: ability to build no-code/low-code solutions, prototypes, or proofs of concept
- Commercially curious (ICPs, value propositions, pricing, early GTM)
- Strong communication and relationship-building with founders

- Must have built products from scratch yourself
