About the role
Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem connecting fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality investment opportunities, analyst support, and institutional infrastructure across the private markets. This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and highly networked professionals.
Responsibilities
- Sources proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
- Introduces opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
- Provides high-level context on assets, structure, economics, and investment thesis
- Coordinates initial introductions between opportunity principals and capital partners
- Supports early-stage diligence handoff (Initio Sphere analysts handle modeling and underwriting)
- Does not provide investment advice, solicit securities, market investments to the general public, or represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
Requirements
- Visibility into real transactions
- Proprietary deal flow
- Credibility and sourcing experience
- Strong networking skills
Qualifications
- No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality opportunities
- Deal-based earnings and performance bonuses (Typically $1,000–$10,000+ per closed transaction, depending on deal size and role)

Pay
