About the role

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem connecting fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality deal flow, analyst support, and institutional infrastructure across private markets.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

• Identify and submit proprietary or off-market investment opportunities
• Provide early-stage research and deal context: market, asset, structure, economics, and investment thesis
• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
• Support analysts with early diligence handoff (modeling and detailed financial analysis handled by analysts)

Compensation & Economics

Success-based compensation only. Typical earnings: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal. Paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection. Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout role. No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality research and sourced deals.
