About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Performs service functions and communicates effectively with staff, patients, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients, contributes to developing and implementing care plans, and evaluates their effectiveness under RN guidance.
• Assists nursing staff with patient care and participates in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.
• Engages in ongoing educational activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
• Completes assigned goals and builds clinical leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure (not exceeding 90 days in this role).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.
