About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.
• Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• Supports nursing staff with patient care activities.
• Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure (must be within 90 days of graduation).
• Computer literacy is required; additional training or education is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire is required.
