Role Overview Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a designated patient group, supporting quality patient outcomes. Engages in service functions and communication with staff, patients, and guests. Performs additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Assesses patients following the guidance of a registered nurse.Contributes to developing and implementing individualized care plans.Executes care plans and evaluates patient progress under supervision.Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff.Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 45 days in this role.Computer literacy is required; additional preferred skills may include further training or certifications.Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
