Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality outcomes. Handles service functions and communication with staff, patients, and guests. Performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Assists in developing and implementing patient care plans.Participates in evaluating care plans.Supports patient care and assists nursing staff as directed.Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.Basic computer literacy.BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
